Stay rules

• Check in from 15:30 to 18:30 check-out by 10:0;
• Pets are allowed;
• All rooms are no smoking areas;
• Towels linen and WIFI are included;
• Daily extra charge for linen daily change and daily room cleanings at request;
• Possibility to place baby cradle for 0-2 year babies ( 10,00€). If you have your own cradle the baby stay will be completely free;
• Extra bed where possible €20,00/night;
• Free parking;
• In high season we accept bookings at least for two nights

Payments:

• 30% to be deposited by bank transfer to bank account:

  • Ubi Banca
  • IBAN: IT16 X031 1113 3120 0000 0005326

• The balance must be paid upon arrival.

Deleting terms:

• By 20 days before arrival deletings the 30% deposit will be returned . For deletings done in the last 19 days before arrival the deposit will be held

• In case of no show or early departure the total amount will be charged
